Las Vegas, August 1, 2024: A new record was set last Saturday at the 16th Annual Ante4autism event. Saturday night was a very special night, the event raised $162,957 for 5 Autism charities. It is a new record for the event and takes the total raised for the 16 years to $1,477,447!! In addition, we had a last minute sponsor, Southerland, who become the latest corporate sponsor of the event.
There were over 100 players and over 100 folks that stopped by to watch the action! The silent auction was in action while players worked their way to the final table. The top 3 players were Jared Carlitz in 3rd, Larry Barnard was in 2nd place and the Apollo Jett Grand Champion was local Las Vegas resident Amy Wingate.
The 5 Autism related charities that will receive the proceeds for the 16th Annual Ante4autism event are: Autism Speaks, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital – The Kelly O’Leary Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders, Grant A Gift Autism Foundation – Ackerman Center, National Autism Association of Southeast Ohio, and Stockhands Horses for Healing. All the charities are listed on the Ante4autism.com website with a link to their websites.
